Fun Run Opens University Sportsfest
Members of the faculty and staff united in a fun run around the campus at the break of dawn of April 12 for the annual °Ç¸çºÚÁÏ sportsfest.
Silliman President Dr. Ben S. Malayang III opened the ceremony at the Amphitheater where the faculty and staff convened after the jog and had a simple fellowship breakfast.
Grouped according to their classifications and departments, the faculty and staff face off in a series of games until May 20. There are three games this year: basketball, volleyball and tennis.
The annual sportsfest is part of the University wellness program and is being coordinated by the Human Resource Development office headed by Atty. Fe Marie D. Tagle.
